The hotel's location was excellent, with shops and restaurants nearby. The staff, especially Iryna, were friendly and accommodating. The room was large and clean, with a perfect bathroom. The hotel provided secure and quiet surroundings. I was able to easily modify my reservations. The suite offered great value for the price. The internet was always available in the room.
Nothing to complain about at all.

This hotel location is perfect for budget travellers who want to stay close to the city centre. It is just a short walk to many shops, restaurants and attractions. the rooms are clean and large with good bathroom facilities. the friendly staff is always ready to help, and the breakfast is tasty with reasonable prices.
The building is shared with other activities, leading to issues with smoking and privacy.

My Xmas stay was nice at this hotel. The location was perfect, being just a short walk from many shops and restaurants. The breakfast offered was tasty and reasonably priced. the rooms were very clean, which made my stay even more comfortable.
There were a few areas that could have been improved. the WiFi was spotty, which made it difficult to conduct business.

We loved the convenient location to the city centre and nearby shops, making it easy to explore this city. The friendly staff made us feel welcome, providing excellent service and ensuring we had a warm and comfortable stay. The room was spacious, well-furnished with two comfortable king-size beds, clean and stylishly designed. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a real coffee machine at the reception and good internet connection.

The location of the hotel was very convenient for exploring the city center during Christmas. There were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and a big supermarket just a short walk away. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and always tried their best to assist us. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the comfortable, clean rooms.
Although the hotel had its good points, there were a few things that could have been improved upon. the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, and the hallway and corridors could have been better maintained.
